“We worked with Brad and Connexa when moving to the valley.”
After looking at probably ten or so houses with Brad, several more than once, we ended up purchasing from family, so we already knew the house very well and trusted the sellers' intentions. However, as we're not real estate professionals, we wanted to make sure all the paperwork and processes were handled efficiently and properly.We also wanted help knowing about "what we didn't know," or what we didn't really know to ask about. For instance, when Brad did an initial walk-through with us he immediately noticed that they had a Federal Pacific Electric breaker panel which are notoriously dangerous, known for starting house fires, and should flat-out be replaced. He also recommended putting in a septic inspection requirement in the contract since we were unsure what condition the septic system was in.Brad was patient, thoughtful, and helpful through our entire home-buying process, always willing to show us a house usually within a day of us finding something on Zillow. The closing process was a breeze with him. I'm sure we'll use him the next time we need to purchase a home—which hopefully won't be for a very long time!

I spent many years thinking about buying a home and researching the process, but I still felt uncomfortable. Once I gathered the courage to take this on, I emailed relators to request meetings to decide who I wanted to work with. Brad was the only one who replied immediately, and after my meeting with him it was clear that he was a good fit. Brad educated me about each step of the process during that first meeting and when we went through each step once I chose the house. Brad is easy to work with. He makes the whole process easy to understand.
